Welcome to Gramercy Driving School's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Students must have a valid learner’s permit or driver’s license to enroll in any of our driving courses.

2. All lessons must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

3. Payments for lessons and courses must be made in full before the lesson begins.

4. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

5. Students must follow all instructions given by our driving instructors to ensure safety during lessons.

6. Any misconduct or unsafe behavior during a lesson may result in termination of the lesson without a refund.

7. Personal information collected during registration is used solely for the purpose of providing driving instruction and will not be shared with third parties.

8. Gramercy Driving School reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students in advance.
